Taking Care of Your Skin

Slowing down the natural aging process and avoiding various skin problems seems not as easy as you might think. Lucky,  we have rounded up five no-nonsense tips to help you.

Cigarette makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Tobacco narrows the tiny bloodstream vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood stream. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are necessary to skin health. Smoking also damage collagen and scleroprotein — the fibers that give your skin its durability and flexibility. Additionally, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking — like the pursing your lips when breathing and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke — can contribute to wrinkles.

The sun's rays are strongest between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so put on sunscreen oftentimes and take chips indoors if you can. If your shadow is longer than you are tall, then it's a safer time to be in the sun. Pick a sunscreen that prevents both of the UVA and UVB rays. Take a look for the UVA protection in addition to the SPF of 15 or higher.

Cold sores usually appear as tender blisters on the mouth. They are caused by a type of herpes virus so they are infectious from one by one. Once you get this virus it stays in your body, meaning you'll most likely get cold sores every single now and then through out your life.

To protect and change your skin, apply shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving. For the best shave, use a clean, clean razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it.

The healthy diet can help you feel your best. Eat plenty fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but some study suggests that a food rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or enhanced carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin.
If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. For daily use, think about a moisturizer that contains SPF.

Be careful which textiles you wear. Cotton is excellent because it's in a position and soft. (But if you are exercising, some of the newer manufactured materials actually keep you more dry and are better for you than cotton.) Try to keep away from materials like wool or spandex that may cause discomfort .
